Since
many years we are experienced in the classical delivery scheme "turnkey". We
package a project and develop the key performance parameters in a way that
our customers get proposals with a fixed price and a guaranteed time
schedule. We are looking for the right team members forming a consortium or
a joint venture. We are familiar with conflict solving in a team with
coaching and motivating. Today's
turnkey projects usually include additional elements of design, build,
operate, maintain and finance.
If public infrastructure is involved these
projects are often referred to as Public Private Projects (3P) which
contain risk-sharing elements between the public and the private sector. |
